Colin Self was pivotal in the development of Pop Art in the 1960s. Born in 1941 he studied at Norwich School of Art and then the Slade where he met and was influenced by Peter Blake and David Hockney. Colin has a strong belief in his own creativity and continues to produce work that is admired and sought after, and he is recognised as an important printmaker. Colin’s work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, and is represented in many public collections including Tate and the Arts Council.
